Part 1 New Financial Assistance Powers : The Bill will allow the Secretary of State to give fiscal aid for a figure of design . These include :

Part 6 Producer Organisations and Fairness in the Supply Chain :
An organisation of producer fit certain experimental condition can practice to the Secretary of State for recognition as a producer organisation .
