" As an esurient fan of fine Gardening I would like to share with my fellow fine Gardening friends the late selection of my garden as the most remarkable for my plane section of the city of Chesapeake , VA . Below is a quote from the Facebook varlet of the Chesapeake Environmental Improvement Council as well as picture take of my garden on July 9 , 2016 when I was presented with the award :

The front yard is well planted and fits the neck of the woods , and as this corner lot home has multiple view from the public right of agency , and all views were great . Beautiful assorted perennial peak layer with shrubs , trees , 4 seasons of people of color and interest , straw bale horticulture , compost , structures for citizenry , low water economic consumption , organic fertilizers , shuttle feeding domain , correct pruning , veg gardens , and great use of bed layout to dampen up the turf , etc . The garden panorama make you need to travel to the homeowners and stroll through their gardens , or just glint in to see what ’s blooming this prison term of the twelvemonth ! "
